There is no real solution to this,let me elaborate why,since you dont speak english i mean literally speak it everyday and dont use it as much its natural too have some problems in this area,however best thing i can suggest is listening to podcasts and watching releatable videos.
P.s:i know that i probably made some spelling errors so dont mind.

yea i agreed with u but im not going to any english ed class and i dont know anyone to practice with !

Actually i do that a lot...and its disturbing ,some times i find myself mumbling in english and im like what the actual f***?its scary:D
Dont worry too much though and keep in mind there is probably more important things like the concurus(french word) and going to university rather than perfection of your language skills.
